Diamond Rock City Entertainment uses the information you share in an event inquiry to understand your request and contact you about it.

Information in your inquiry

The form records your name, email address and event type. You may also choose to share a phone number, date, guest count, location, budget and event brief. We use them to answer your request and plan your event. Sending the form is your agreement that we may contact you about your event by email, phone, text or WhatsApp; the enquiry records that you sent it and when. Please do not include sensitive personal information about you or your guests.

How the site works

Inquiries are stored in the website’s database, available to authorized staff through a password-protected administration area. A copy goes to our inquiries inbox and to a private backup spreadsheet, and you receive an automatic confirmation by email. A session cookie keeps your request secure and remembers the page and campaign that brought you here; campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be saved with your inquiry. We use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions; the raw address is not stored with your lead.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for up to 24 months after our last conversation and then delete them, unless we are working on an event together and need them longer. You can ask us to delete them at any time. We never sell your information.

Cookies and preferences

Essential cookies keep the site and your enquiry secure: csrftoken protects the form, sessionid remembers the page and campaign that brought you here when you arrive from an advertisement or another website, and drce_consent keeps your answer to the cookie note for one year. Your color theme is saved in your browser storage.

Google Analytics counts visits with its cookies _ga and _ga_<id>, kept for up to two years. The Meta pixel measures our advertising with its cookies _fbp and _fbc, kept for up to 90 days, and can help us show our ads to people who have visited the site. Google Ads, in the same Google tag, measures which of our ads lead to inquiries and can show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). What you type into the enquiry form is not sent to Google or Meta; they learn only that an enquiry was sent and for which type of event.

In the United States these cookies are on from your first page, as the cookie note says, until you turn them off: “Don’t use” in the note, or footer, Cookies. Turning them off deletes those already set. In the EU and the UK (told by your device’s time zone), and when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the note asks first, and nothing is counted with cookies until you say yes. Google may still receive visit signals without cookies or an identifier of yours (Google consent mode); the Meta pixel is not loaded at all without a yes.

External services

WhatsApp and email links open services outside this website. Information you choose to send there is handled by those services under their own policies. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel process visit data under Google’s and Meta’s own privacy policies, as described above.
